*Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your spa appointment. This will allow enough time to check in, change (if necessary for service) and consult.
*The best treatments come from open communication with your therapist. Let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention to a specific area.
**Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their doctor before booking spa services. Please advise us of any allergies so that we may use the appropriate products for your treatment. You will be asked to sign a Hold Harmless agreement at check in.
*For your relaxation and as a courtesy to other guests please turn cell phones & pagers to vibrate.
*All gratuities are at the guest's discretion and are appreciated. Gratuities generally range from 15% - 20% of the price of the service. Gratuities can not be deducted from a gift certificate denomination.
*All information is kept strictly confidential and will only be used by B'Jewl'D Skin Spa LLC in conjunction with you service.
Payment Policy and Gift Certificates
*Forms of payment we accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, Cash and B'Jewl'D Gift Certificates.
*Bounced checks will be subject to a $25.00 charge plus any additional bank fees.
*Gift Certificates are sold in any denomination. They can not be returned,
exchanged or combined with any other offer.
*Gift certificates sold by WZID or WJYY can only be used at the Londonderry location, there is no cash back for unused portion, not valid with any other offer or promotion,gratuity is not included, and they are redeemable for services only. They are limited to one per person every 6 months.
*As a courtesy you will be given a confirmation call, please give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, we will not charge on the first appointment missed but you will need to hold any future appointments with a valid credit card. If you do not give at least a 24 hour notice or simply do not show you will be charged half of the total sevice missed.
